Our little birds - the symbol of freedom and victory.

These pieces were created at the beginning of the war when the situation was too crucial and too unstable to plan anything, to live normally, or feel like regular humans. We were happy to have the roof above us, food, and warmth. Nothing else mattered. Meeting a new day was like a blessing and working with clay was the only habit that stayed with us from the pre-war times.

But we still believed that our victory would come. The same as we believe now.
