Introducing our first residence – Summit 821. A home nestled in the heart of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, perched on a hill, surrounded by towering trees, crisp mountain air, breathtaking views, and vibrant wildlife.
This three-story chalet, straight from an Austrian fairy tale, is designed to provide the coziest and most unforgettable experience. A simple yet thoughtfully designed kitchen, fully equipped for a chef, invites you to create and savor meals. An elegant dining room, perfect for candlelit dinners, sets the stage for intimate gatherings. The spacious living room, centered around a fireplace, offers plush, sink-in sofas that make it nearly impossible to leave. Three serene bedrooms provide privacy and relaxation, while the outdoor patios offer stunning vistas—ideal for morning yoga, afternoon tea, or sunset watching.
