Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for our items, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- The customer must notify us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) should be added if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
- Custom or made-to-order ceramic pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
