3.1. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. In some cases, we may not be able to make changes to a shipping address after the order is placed, so please double-check your information carefully before submitting.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.

If the order ships from our U.S. warehouse, it will typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

If the order ships directly from our studio in Ukraine, we first check whether the item is immediately available or needs to be produced. For this reason, the process may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

If delays occur due to production issues, we will contact you promptly and keep you informed. 
4.2. International Shipping
Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
